BURLINGTON, ON & HAMILTON, ON – Nickel Brook Brewing has announced the upcoming release of a new beer brewed in collaboration with gourmet burger restaurant HAMBRGR.
One Eyed Stag (3.5% abv) is a Belgian-style table beer designed to pair with the Elk Crossing burger created by HAMBRGR’s Chef Michael Cipollo for NOSH Week, a celebration of Hamilton’s culinary scene taking place October 16th to 22nd at restaurants throughout the city.
The beer is described as follows:
One Eyed Stag is brewed with lemongrass and blackberries, and soured just a touch. Our Funkmaster Pat wanted to brew a beer using plants and fruits the elk would eat itself. The result is a light crusher with hints of fruit and citrus.
One Eyed Stag will be going on tap this Friday October 13th at both HAMBRGR locations, where it will be exclusively available through NOSH Week.
