Mill Street Announces New Mix Packs and Other Seasonal & Holiday Releases

TORONTO, ONMill Street Brewery has announced a slew of new and returning releases for winter and the holidays, including a trio of sampler packs and several stand-alone bottles.

Available now at Beer Store locations in Ontario is the Welcome Party Pack, a 24-pack that includes six 341 ml bottles each of core brands Original Organic Lager (4.2% abv, 11 IBU), 100th Meridian Organic Amber Lager (5% abv, 24 IBU), Tankhouse Ale (5.2% abv, 40 IBU), and West Coast Style IPA (6.6% abv, 87 IBU), as well as a limited edition branded bottle opener in specially marked packages.

Coming this week is this year’s edition of the Winter Mix Pack, a six-pack featuring bottles of two new beers – Makani Pineapple IPA (6.2% abv, 50 IBU) and Imperial Coffee Porter (7% abv, 30 IBU) – along with the four year-round brands listed above. It will be available at LCBO outlets in Ontario, and at select retailers in other provinces.

Also out this week at LCBO stores is the Hop Discovery Pack, a gift pack featuring three 473 ml cans – one each of Welterweight Session IPA (4.8% abv, 50 IBU), Tankhouse Ale, and West Coast Style IPA – and a branded glass; and a special 750 ml edition of 100th Meridian, celebrating it’s recent gold medal win at the International Brewing Awards.

Following on December 3rd is the 2017 vintage of Mill Street Barley Wine (11% abv, 50 IBU),  a “modern interpretation of this classic English beer style [that] has been patiently aged in bourbon barrels and subtly dry hopped to deliver unique complexity and elegance.” The limited run of 500 ml bottles will be exclusive to the LCBO in Ontario.

Last but not least, the same day will also see the release of this year’s edition of Illuminari (11% abv, 35 IBU), a “highly carbonated, Belgian-style “Champagne” beer with Elderflower extract” that is intended for holiday celebrations. Packaged in 750 ml champagne-style bottles, it will be available at the LCBO in Ontario, and other retailers across Canada.
