TORONTO, ON – Great Lakes Brewery has announced details of the 2017 edition of Hops For Hunger, an annual campaign to raise donations for the Daily Bread Food Bank.
For every purchase made at the Great Lakes retail store from December 1st to 22nd, the brewery will calculate a portion of the weight of the beer purchased, and donate a corresponding amount of money to Daily Bread.
Customers are also encouraged to donate non-perishable food items, diapers and baby food to Daily Bread by dropping them off in the yellow bin located in the store. And monetary donations will also be accepted, with all who donated being entered into a draw for $100 “Gordie Bucks” that can be used for purchases in the Great Lakes retail store.
