BURLINGTON, ON – Nickel Brook Brewery has announced the release of the newest in its series of spin-off brands based on its ever-popular Bolshevik Bastard Imperial Stout.
Joining such high-octane variations as the wine-barrel aged Winey Bastard and bourbon-barrel aged Kentucky Bastard, the more restrained Cheeky Bastard Stout (4.5% abv) is described as a “twist on a traditional British stout, [which] combines a rich, roasted body with a smooth, sweet finish.”
Cheeky Bastard is available now in 473 ml cans at the Nickel Brook retail store and select Beer Store locations, with LCBO distribution to follow in coming weeks.
