GUELPH, ON – Wellington Brewery has announced the release of its contribution to the 2018 edition of International Gruit Day, and it’s a true combination of ancient and modern beer styles.
ISO Haze Cans (5.2% abv, 0 IBU) is a “New England Style Gruit” described as follows:
Through the haze it appears, the can you’ve been looking for. To celebrate International Gruit Day our brewers decided to make a New England style IPA without the hops. That’s right, instead of hops they used mugwort, bitter melon, and grapefruit and orange peel to impart those juicy flavours. Close your eyes, and let this hazy juice bomb wash over you.
ISO Haze Cans will be available starting today at the Wellington retail shop and online store while supplies last.
