CALGARY, AB – Tool Shed Brewing has announced the return of a seasonal beer that pays tribute to a pioneer of Calgary’s homebrewing scene.
Papa Bam Bam’s Oatmeal Pale Ale (4.5% abv) is named after Neil Bamford, a multi-award winning homebrewer, and co-founder of homebrewing shop The Vineyard. The beer is described as follows:
The beer is a sessionable Oatmeal Pale ale utilizing Cascade as a single hop variety which imparts sweet floral citrus aromas of grapefruit and lines balanced with a slight spicy pine notes on the palate. With a balanced crisp bitterness, this beer is a perfect companion for summer patio sessions, but then again so is Neil.
