TORONTO, ON – Mill Street Brewery has announced details of the latest release in its ongoing series of limited edition large format strong ales.
Minimus Dubbel (8.5% abv, 21 IBU) is described as follows:
Our Belgian-style Abbey Dubbel is a strong ale brewed in the traditional style of the Trappist monks. Minimus doubles down on depth of flavour with aged hops accompanied by a light-oak aging, while the Belgian candi sugar pairs perfectly with a subtle but distinct fruity acidity. The name is from the latin expression “minima maxima sunt” which translates to “The smallest things are most important”.
Minimus Dubbel is available now in 650 ml bottles at select LCBO locations in Ontario.
