FREDERICTON, NB – Picaroons Traditional Ales has announced the release of the latest edition of Pivot, a series of “interactive Imperial IPAs where we are pivoting the hops around the same grain bill every batch.”
Pivot #14 (8% abv) is described as follows:
We moved away from the big bang tropical and citrus hops this time around and have ventured into a melon territory using only two hops: Ekaunot and a new-to-us hop, Huell Melon. Upfront there is a pleasant mild bitterness from the Ekaunot, followed by some honey dew, berry, and grassy notes before it winds down with a medium dry finish.
Pivot #14 was launched this past weekend at the Saint John Beer Fest, and will be available available at all Picaroons retail and taproom locations in New Brunswick, and select ANBL stores throughout the province, while supplies last.
