Big Spruce Brewing Releases Collaboration with Port Rexton Brewing and L’Acadie Vineyards

NYANZA, NS – Big Spruce Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition beer brewed in collaboration with Newfoundland’s Port Rexton Brewing with some assistance from L’Acadie Vineyards.

Inter-Provincial Bureaucracy (9% abv, 27 IBU) – a name that undoubtedly references a recent and well-publicized Supreme Court decision –  is described as follows:

It’s a Red Wine Barrel Aged Co-fermented Wild Tripel that we conditioned on fermented red grape skins/seeds/stems from L’Acadie’s 2017 Passito vintage. It is funky, full of NS terroir, and all together a unique hybrid beer.

Inter-Provincial Bureaucracy is available now in the Big Spruce tasting room and select bars in Nova Scotia – but in keeping with its name, it won’t be available in Newfoundland.
