SAINT-BRUNO-DE-MONTARVILLE, QC – MonsRegius Bières Artisanales has announced the launch of a new year-round brand, as well as the return of three seasonal beers.
New arrival IPA Wabi-Sabi (5% abv, 45 IBU) is described as follows:
A rice ale inspired by the flavors of Japanese cuisine. Lemon notes on layers of spices and refreshing acidity. Wabi-sabi is a Japanese philosophy and aesthetic centered on the acceptance of transience and imperfection.
Returning for a limited time are two sour wheat ales flavoured with fruit – Acidula Framboise (5.2% abv) and Acidula Abricot (5.2% abv) – as well as Gallica Blanche (6%), a French-style bière de mars.
