Red Circle Brewing Opening Next Month in Kitchener

KITCHENER, ON – A new brewery that is looking to the past for inspiration is preparing to open next month in Kitchener.

Red Circle Brewing takes its name from a brand of coffee that was popular in the early 1900s, and is “built on the heritage and craftsmanship of past makers who built Kitchener, the place we call home.”

Located in technology startup hub Catalyst 137, the brewery is co-located with Graffiti Market and Red Circle Coffee, forming a “first-of-its-kind restaurant, retail market, microbrewery, coffee roaster and bakery.”

Overseen by brewmaster Brett Croft, the brewery will offer four flagship beers – Night Shift Coffee Porter, Belmont Village Blonde Ale, Iron Horse Trail IPA, and Sand Hills Pale Ale – that will be available on tap and in cans.

Red Circle Brewing and its partner businesses will officially open on August 22nd, but a soft opening will take place earlier in the month on a date still to be announced. For more details, see the Red Circle Facebook page.
