TORONTO, ON – Indie Ale House has announced that a fruit-flavoured version of its popular sour ale Dead Spadina Monkey will be returning later this week.
Dead Spadina Monkey Cherry Edition (5% abv) is described as “a blend of barrel-aged beers fermented with a mix of house strain sour and Brett mix, aged in foedres with 200+ kg of sweet cherries.”
The beer will be released on Friday September 14th, and will be available on tap at the bar and in 750 ml bottles in the retail shop while supplies last.
