KELOWNA, BC – Tree Brewing has become the first brewery in Western Canada to release their beer in 500 ml cans.
Starting this week, single cans of Thirsty Beaver Amber Ale and Kelowna Pilsner will be available across British Columbia and Alberta, with 4-packs to follow this summer.
Tree is also supporting their community in this intiative by teaming up with other local businesses to bring the cans to market. Local graphic designer Mark McCann created the package design, and Bullseye Packaging is providing the shrink wrapping for the upcoming 4-packs.
I hope this goes well for Tree so that we might see some Hop Head or Cutthroat in the tall cans some time in the future.
