Ontario Legislature Picks Their Favourite Ontario Craft Beers

ocb_logoTORONTO, ON – For the second year in a row, members of the Ontario Legislature have chosen their favourite Ontario craft beers to be served in the main Legislative Dining Room and at other Queen’s Park events.

At an event hosted at Queen’s Park earlier this week by Speaker of the Legislative Assembly Steve Peters, 59 beers from 17 members of the Ontario Craft Brewers were available for sampling. Tasters cast ballots to choose their favourite varieties in six categories, with a seventh category – the “Speaker’s Selection” – chosen by the Speaker himself.

The winners for 2009-10 were:
