HALIFAX, NS – Brewer Greg Nash of the Hart & Thistle brewpub in Halifax has announced on his blog that Hurricane Harvest Double IPA, a wet hop beer brewed in late August using freshly harvested hops, will be released this coming Friday, September 4th.
A pre-release party will be happening at 7:00 PM in the Dunnottar Room at the pub, with attendees getting the first taste of the beer along with “free munchies and … all sorts of beer and brewing discussion with fellow beer lovers”. The beer will go on general sale at 8:00 PM.
