VICTORIA, BC – Phillips Brewing has released two new seasonal beers for the winter months, Instigator and Deadhead:
To get things started right, you can count on the infamous Instigator. This colossal doppelbock is named for the beloved bottling machine that got the Phillips Brewing Company up and running. The dark lager is ready to take on all who dare challenge this stubborn goat.
After locking horns with the Instigator, it’s time to set sail with the Deadhead Barley Wine. This malty auburn brew weighs in at 10 percent alcohol, is best served at 8 degrees C and will certainly warm your cheeks.
Both beers are available now in selected beer and wine stores in Victoria and area, as well as at the brewery store.
