SASKATOON, SK – Paddock Wood Brewing has just released their newest bottled beer, Loki Double IPA.
Created especially for Ultimate Power Duo, a Saskatoon punk band that will be playing at the Winter Olympics, Loki is an 8.7% beer with 80 IBUs, brewed using Cascade, Amarillo, Willametter and EKG hops. The finishing hops were added at about 7kg per 1,000L in the kettle end, and 2kg in the bright tank, giving the beer a strong hop character.
