VANKLEEK HILL, ON – Following the tradition of the altbier brewers of Dusseldorf, Germany who often produce a special “sticke” (secret) version of their beers as a surprise for their customers, Beau’s All Natural Brewing will be releasing FestivAle Plus Sticke Alt tomorrow (September 9th) in limited quantities at their on-site beer store and on tap at selected bars throughout eastern and southern Ontario.
This beer is described as an “amped up version of FestivAle”, the award-winning altbier released by Beau’s as their summer seasonal for the last three years. It’s “brewed with lots of extra malts, lots of extra hops – including a first wort hopping (hops added before boil) – and aged extra-long on oak barrels.”
