HALIFAX, NS – Propeller Brewing has released this year’s edition of their popular fall seasonal, and in a nod to that popularity, they’ve also increased distribution.
Brewed in a batch of roughly 9000 litres, Propeller Pumpkin Ale is made “using Howard Dill’s® world famous Atlantic Giant Pumpkins® with a special selection of spices – that’s in addition to the usual ingredients: highest quality malted grain, hops, water and yeast.”
Released in 500 ml bottles, the beer is available in the brewery store, at several private liquor retailers in Halifax, and for the first time, at select NSLC locations throughout the province. According to Propeller president John Allen, “It seemed logical to offer Pumpkin Ale to the NSLC, given the brand’s track record and their commitment to expanding seasonal selections from local brewers.”
