SASKATOON, SK – Paddock Wood Brewing has released a new winter seasonal, and have made it extra-special by offering it in two different versions, one of them quite limited.
The regular Winter Ale is described as “a Belgian Dubbel style inspired by a classic Belgian brewery. We even made our own dark candi syrup. The Belgian yeast gives a light spiciness and complex fruit profile.” It’s available now at the brewery, and at retailers in Alberta and British Columbia.
Also out now is Winter Ale Grande Réserve, a version that has undergone a second fermentation in the 750 ml bottle. Only 300 bottles were produced, and it’s available exclusively at the brewery.
