Taps Renames Chuck Noris IPA to Sinister Sam’s & Releases Bottles

NIAGARA FALLS, ON – Perhaps fearing a lawsuit from actor Chuck Norris even despite the slight difference in spelling, Taps Brewing has changed the name of its Chuck Noris Roundhouse IPA to Sinister Sam’s Insane IPA.

A popular selection at Taps Brewhouse & Grill in Niagara Falls and other places it’s popped up since being introduced last year, Chuck Noris – and now Sinister Sam’s – is described on the brewery website as follows:

This is a North American style India Pale Ale. It has an intense North West Pacific-hop character from a ridiculous amount of hops added to the bew-kettle, and then dry-hopped later on a during conditioning. Citrusy, floral, and fruity flavours take front stage, while the caramel accented malts give it some balance.

In addition to the name change, Sinister Sam’s is now available in bottles for sale exclusively at the Taps Brewhouse, and also remains available on draught.
