HALIFAX, NS – Garrison Brewing is releasing its latest limited edition beer today, and as with last winter’s Spruce Beer, it’s a unique brew made with ingredients rarely used in modern beers.
Garrison Honey Lavender Ale is a golden ale brewed using local honey (from Smeltzer’s in Shubenacadie, NS) and English lavender (from Meander River Farm in Ashdale, NS).
After a sneak peek at the Seaport Beer Festival earlier this month, it’s available starting today at the Garrison retail store in Halifax, and at private liquor stores in Nova Scotia including Bishop’s Cellar, Premier Wines, Harvest Wines and Cristall & Luckett.
