TORONTO, ON – Mirella Amato of beer consulting and education company Beerology will be presenting a series of three beer sensory evaluation workshops in Toronto later this month.
The three classes – entitled “Things that can go wrong at the pub”, “Things that can go wrong at the brewery”, and “Test your sensory evaluation skills” – will focus on the most common off-flavours that can occur in beer and where they come from. While aimed primarily toward those in the brewing and bar/restaurant industries, all beer enthusiasts are welcome to attend.
