VICTORIA, BC – Hoyne Brewing Co., a new venture from brewmaster Sean Hoyne (ex-Canoe Brewpub) and his wife Chantal O’Brien, will be launching soon in the Rock Bay industrial area of Victoria, BC.
As indicated by the labels above, the brewery has four brands planned – Big Cock Bock, Hoynek Pilsner, Down Easy Pale Ale and Devil’s Dream IPA – all of which will be sold in 650 ml bomber bottles.
