TORONTO, ON – In another great example of their charitable nature, the folks at Beau’s All-Natural Brewing have joined forces with marketing and communications firm Hypenotic to raise money for Not Far From The Tree (NFFTT), an organization that gathers and shares the bounty of Toronto’s urban fruit trees.
Several months ago, Hypenotic co-owner Barry Martin won an auction at a NFFTT fundraiser to have his photo appear on 100,000 Beau’s bottle caps. Bottles of Beau’s Lug-Tread Lagered Ale bearing the caps have recently started appearing on shelves, and the two companies have decided to turn it into another fundraising initiative.
Beau’s drinkers are being encouraged to take a photo of themselves with a Barry beer cap and post it to the wall on Hypenotic’s Facebook page. For every photo posted, both Hypenotic and Beau’s will donate a dollar to NFFTT. Their goal is to reach 1000 photos, for a total donation of $2000.
