FREDERICTON, NB – In honour of Valentine’s Day, Picaroons Traditional Ales has released Afterglow Aphrodisiac Ale, a special one-off brew that is described as a “bigger style beer brewed with ginseng root, chili peppers, and chocolate, and is sure to get your heart going.” It’s available now while supplies last at the Picaroons Brewtique in growlers, and on tap at select bars and pubs in New Brunswick.
Keeping with the Valentine theme, the brewery is also presenting a Beer & Chocolate Dinner on Thursday, February 16th at BrewBakers (546 King Street, Fredericton). The dinner is described as “an intimate and interactive evening of fine dining and fine beer, [where] every course boasts delicious hints of chocolate that is carefully paired with one of our classic ales.”
