Amsterdam to Debut New Pilot System Beers at The Brewery Market

TORONTO, ON – In a move that will allow much more flexibility and room to experiment with limited and one-off beers, Amsterdam Brewery has installed a new pilot brewing system, and its first output will be debuted this coming weekend at The Brewery Market, a beer event series at Toronto’s Wychwood Barns.

Alongside three beers from the full system – the year-round Boneshaker IPA, the seasonal Spring Bock, and a new edition of Tempest Imperial Stout – there will be two pilot batches being poured: ‘Dam Horse Porter, brewed using espresso beans from Dark Horse Espresso Bar and cacao nibs; and Citra Pale Ale, brewed with citra hops.

The Brewery Market runs from 1:00 to 5:00 PM on Sunday March 18th at the Wychwood Barns (601 Christie St., Toronto). Admission is free, with beer from Amsterdam and hot dogs from Buddha Dog available on a pay-as-you-go basis, and proceeds going to benefit The Stop Community Food Centre.
