VANCOUVER, BC – Beer blog Pint Sighs reports that another new brewery is coming to Vancouver, with Powell Street Craft Brewery aiming to open this summer.
According to an interview with brewery president, founder and brewer David Bowkett, Powell Street will be a small scale nano-brewery in an area of Vancouver that is already home to three other small breweries. He is planning to launch in August with two flagship beers – an American Pale Ale and an IPA – to be available on draught in local bars and restaurants, and in bottles at select liquor stores.
