Rockbottom & Brewnosers Ultimate White IPA to be Tapped Today

HALIFAX, NS – The latest in a series of beers created by Rockbottom Brewpub brewmater Greg Nash in collaboration with members of the BrewNosers homebrew club is set to be tapped today (May 4, 2012) at Rockbottom.

Dubbed The Ultimate White IPA in honour of the Halifax Ultimate Frisbee League, the beer was co-created by Nash and homebrewer Rob Douglass, and is described as follows:

Our latest Brewnoser collaboration brew is a hybrid of sorts; West Coast IPA meets Belgian-style Witbier. Brewed with malted barley, wheat, oats, coriander, orange and plenty of hops: bright and fresh with hop forward citrus notes, coriander and orange cut through making their presence known. Finishes silky and crisp with a lingering bitterness. Refreshing hybrid deliciousness for your glass

The Ultimate White IPA will be available on tap at the Rockbottom Brewpub while supplies last.
