Junction Craft Brewing Preparing to Open Brewery in Namesake Neighbourhood

TORONTO, ON – After almost a year of having its flagship Conductor’s Craft Ale brewed under contract at Wellington Brewery in Guelph, Junction Craft Brewing has announced plans to open a brewery and retail store in The Junction, the Toronto neighbourhood that gace the brewery its name.

Located on Cawthra Avenue close to the former site of the West Toronto CPR train station, the new facility will include a 3 hectolitre brewhouse, tasting room and retail outlet. The currently draught-only Conductor’s will be sold on site in 500 ml bottles and 1.9 L growlers, and will be joined by other new brands on a regular and seasonal basis.

According to JCB president Tom Paterson, the new brewery should be open by the early fall, pending all necessary licenses and approvals.
