Beau’s Releasing 2012 Edition of Night•Märzen Today, With Weiss-O-Lantern to Follow in September

VANKLEEK HILL, ONBeau’s All Natural Brewing has announced today as the release date for the 5th edition of the annual fall seasonal Night•Märzen Oktoberfest Lager, as well as plans to offer a Hallowe’en beer via the LCBO for the first time.

Night•Märzen is one of four beers in Beau’s standard seasonal rotation, and it has the following description:

This orangey-amber, malty beer has just the right amount of Noble hops to balance the Munich malts, and features an ultra clean finish to complete the package. (The) bready, biscuity malt backbone (is) complemented by a firm hop presence that lends balancing bitterness, and promotes its high drinkability.

Following on September 13th will be Weiss-O-Lantern, a special Hallowe’en-themed spiced wheat beer made with real pumpkin puree. Previously available exclusively at the Beau’s Vankleek Hill Oktoberfest event but now making the move to bottles, Weiss-O-Lantern is part of the brewery’s Wild Oats series of one-off and experimental brews.
