Ambrosia Wet Hop Ale was brewed with hops from Washington’s Yakima Valley that were picked and put on dry ice for transport to Alberta, where they were used within 24 hours of being harvested. The resulting beer is described as follows:
This keg-only brew is made with fresh Cascade hops and added to the kettles at the beginning, middle, and end of the brewing process. With the hop oils and resins at their flavourful peak, the outcome is a uniquely fresh pale ale with tangy citrus notes and a grassy aroma. Ambrosia Wet Hop Ale pours a rich golden yellow with a clean white head.
