CALGARY, AB – Big Rock Brewery has announced the release of Paul’s Angels, a mixed six-pack featuring three beers from Brewmaster’s Edition series of limited and seasonal brews.
Named after Big Rock’s brewmaster Paul Gautreau, the package contains two bottles each of the new Autumn Wheat Lager and returning favourites Winter Spice Ale (first available in 2008) and Espresso Stout (launched in 2006):
Autumn Wheat Lager will fill your glass with golden amber hues and a toasty malt character that is reminiscent of fall harvest and the turning of the seasons. Winter Spice is a perfect holiday treat that gives off an amber glow, and upon first sip the depth of flavour is revealed: notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and a hint of ginger. An infusion of black and coffee malts, roasted barley with fine ground coffee, Espresso Stout will surprise you upon first sip with its light body and 4.2% alcohol content.
The Paul’s Angels pack will be available in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba for a limited time.
