WINDSOR, ON – The recently revived Walkerville Brewery has announced the release of its first limited edition seasonal beer, as well as its first ale.
Autumn Rye Ale is described as follows:
A complimentary blend of five specialty malts forms the starting point of this deliciously complex beer. A portion of chocolate rye malt contributes an aromatic whisper of roasted spice while a mix of American aroma hops present a floral, citrusy bouquet of fresh hop cones, peaches and grapefruit. With a bitterness more subdued than most beers this style, this ale is quite sessionable as it leaves the palate feeling clean and crisp.
Walkerville Autumn Rye Ale is available now in growlers at the brewery retail store and on tap at select pubs and restaurants in the Windsor area.
