VANKLEEK HILL, ON – Beau’s All Natural Brewing has announced the release of the latest in the Pro-Am Series of beers crafted in collaboration with award-winning homebrewers.
Burnt Rock Vanilla Porter is based on a recipe designed by Patrick Boisvenue that won a a competition held last April by Ottawa homebrew club Members of Barleyment. It’s described as follows:
Burnt Rock is a classic British-style porter brewed with additions of organic vanilla beans and extract. Despite what the weighty aroma suggests, Burnt Rock has a good, clean finish, and sessionable drinkability. With rich, luxuriant vanilla aromas reminiscent of fine tobacco, selected dark malts offer up balancing chocolate and coffee nuances for this medium-bodied 4.9% alc./vol. beer.
Beau’s Burnt Rock Vanilla Porter is available now in 600 ml bottles at the Beau’s retail store and BYBO delivery service. It will also appear on draught at select bars and restaurants in Ontario.
