VICTORIA, BC – Phillips Brewing has announced the release of a new limited edition beer to celebrate the impending change of season from winter to spring.
Cabin Fever Imperial Black IPA is described as follows:
Brewed to celebrate the changing season, Cabin Fever is loaded with midnight roasted malt, pouring a deep black colour and paying homage to those dark days behind, while buckets of big floral hops infuse a mind-warping hop kick big enough to boot you out the door from your self-imposed exile. Hibernation is over. Celebrate with this balanced beer for the unbalanced mind.
Cabin Fever is available now in 650 ml bottles at the Phillips retail store and select private liquor stores in BC. It will also be available to sample on draught during a tasting this Thursday March 7th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the Phillips brewery.
