EDGERTON, AB – Ribstone Creek Brewery has announced the release of the first in what is planned to be a series of small batch seasonal and one-off beers to complement its flagship Ribstone Creek Lager.
Buckin’ Bronco IPA an unfiltered 7.5% abv India Pale Ale that has the following tasting notes:
This IPA by Ribstone Creek pours into the glass with bright straw color and a frothy white head. The aroma is dominated by an arrangement of enjoyable flora scents. The first taste offers a slightly sweet flavour with a hint of pine accompanied by a smooth bitterness that delightfully lingers through until the end of the pint.
Buckin’ Bronco IPA will be officially launched at the Calgary Craft Beer Festival on May 3rd and 4th. It will also be served at the Edmonton Craft Beer Festival in June, and will be available at select bars and pubs in Alberta while supplies last.
