BRACEBRIDGE, ON – Muskoka Brewery has announced details of a new contest to mark the launch of this year’s edition of Muskoka Summer Weiss.
Punningly dubbed “What’s Your Summer Vice?”, the competition invites entrants to celebrate the guilty pleasures of summer – such as “sneaking out mid-week to drink beer on a patio while supposedly ‘at a meeting'”, and “skinny dipping in Lake Muskoka after dusk (or before)” – by posting suitable photos of Summer Weiss to Twitter or Instagram using hashtag #SummerWeiss. The winning entrant will be awarded a “$1000 Muskoka experience.”
Muskoka Summer Weiss is described as having “the perfect balance of wheat, barley and subtle hopping which makes this an intriguingly aromatic, flavourful summer wheat beer.” It will be officially released tomorrow, and will be available at Beer Store and LCBO outlets across Ontario for $13.50 per six pack of bottles.
