VANCOUVER, BC – British Columbia’s continually expanding craft brewing scene has grown once again with the opening of 33 Acres Brewing in Vancouver.
Launched by owner Josh Michnik and brewer Dave Varga, 33 Acres is debuting with two flagship beers: 33 Acres of Life, a lager/ale hybrid in the California Common style; and 33 Acres of Ocean, a West Coast style pale ale.
33 Acres of Life was tapped for the first time last night at two of Vancouver’s top beer bars, The Alibi Room and St. Augustine’s. Distribution to additional establishments in Vancouver and area will follow soon, as well growler sales in the 33 Acres retail store at 15 West 8th Avenue, Vancouver.
