STOUFFVILLE, ON – Partners Bill Perrie and Jim Williamson have announced the impending release of the debut beer from their Stouffville Brewing Company.

Originally announced late last year as Red Tractor Brewing before a name change was triggered by a “a possible industry conflict”, Stouffville Brewing will be officially launching later this month with Red Falcon Premium Ale, a red ale developed by veteran brewmaster Paul Dickey that is described as “an easy drinking, malt focussed beer that has an initial sweetness followed by a dry roasted finish.”

Currently being brewed under contract at Wellington Brewery while Perrie and Williamson look for a suitable brewery location in Stouffville, Red Falcon will be packaged in mid-August and should available by September 1st on draught at various bars and restaurants in Ontario, and in single cans at select self-serve Beer Stores locations. It has also been submitted to the LCBO to be considered for a Spring 2014 release.
