VICTORIA, BC – Phillips Brewing has announced that the Strange Brew inspired Elsinore brand proved so popular as a rotating seasonal in the Phillips Showcase Mixed Pack earlier this year that it is now being launched in its own six-packs.
Elsinore is a 5% abv pale lager that is described as follows:
Brewed in small batches right here in the Great White North, Elsinore pours a pale straw colour with a medium white head. Flavours of light citrus and sweet grasses highlight this cold-fermented and lightly hopped brew, that’s clean through the body and finishes dry.
A release party for the newly solo Elsinore will take place the Phillips tasting room this Thursday August 15th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, with samples of the beer to be paired with back-bacon donut bites from Yonni’s Doughnuts.
