TORONTO, ON – The 4th annual edition of Toronto Beer Quest will be happening next month as part of Toronto Beer Week, and thrifty participants who haven’t registered yet will want to do so soon, as early-bird ticket sales are ending later today (August 23rd).
Described as “an urban adventure where teams of two solve clues, photograph themselves as proof they were at the clue location, and reach the finish line for a chance to win great prizes,” and “a fun, great way to learn about beer’s place in Toronto’s history,” this year’s Quest will take place on Saturday September 14th, with check in starting at 11:00 AM at the Charlotte Room (19 Charlotte St., Toronto).
Prizes from sponsors including sponsors Leslieville Cheese Market, Gelaskins, TAPS magazine, Re:Cap, Rock Oasis, Toronto Urban Adventures and Mill Street Brewery will be awarded at the finish line, and there will also be a parallel competition to design and name a new fall seasonal beer from Mill Street.
Early-bird registrations of $30 per team can be made online until 6:00 PM today, after which the regular price of $40 per team will go into effect. For more details, see the Toronto Beer Quest Facebook page.
