OTTAWA, ON – Big Rig Brewery is the latest brewery to jump on the fresh hops bandwagon, with a new harvest ale set to be released today.
Manotick Harvest Ale is a 5.6% abv pale ale made using freshly picked hops grown by Big Rig co-owner and Ottawa Senators defenceman Chris Phillips on his property in nearby Manotick.
Manotick Harvest Ale will be on draught at Big Rig starting today (Thursday October 10th), and will be available for on-site consumption and take-home growlers while supplies last.
