OTTAWA, ON – Clocktower Brew Pub has announced a partnership with the Ottawa location of Japansese cutlery shop Knifewear to produce a local version of the store’s signature beer.
Originally created at Alberta’s Brewsters Brewing in collaboration with the Calgary location of Knifewear, Tongue Cutter IPA is a hop-forward American-style IPA.
A release party for Tongue Cutter will take place tonight (November 25th) from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Knifewear (800 Bank Street). Afterwards, it will be available at Clock Tower locations while supplies last.
