VICTORIA, BC – Phillips Brewing has announced the return of Trainwreck Barley Wine, a winter seasonal beer first brewed in 2010, and now available in its 4th annual vintage:
Our barrel-aged behemoth is stoked full of rich malt flavours, and the mild carbonation of this barley wine allows the silky sweet flavour profile to linger a little longer on the finish. Trainwreck should be enjoyed at 4°C, but at 10% ABV be careful not to derail your caboose.
Trainwreck Barley Wine is available now in a limited run of 650 ml bottles at the Phillips retail store and select private liquor stores in BC while supplies last. It will also be featured on draught at a testing event at the brewery on Thursday December 5th from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
Really sucks Alberta isn’t getting this!
