GRAVENHURST, ON – Muskoka Brewery has announced the release of a new winter seasonal that serves as a flip-side to the brewery’s traditional summer offering.
While Muskoka’s Summer Weiss is available through the warmer months, its new sibling Winter Weiss (5% abv, 12 IBU) has just been unveiled, and is described as follows:
Winter Weiss was developed over a warm cabin fire, filling the void for a flavorful yet sessionable brew to enjoy during a long Winters night. This Dunkelweizen is deep brown with notes of clove and banana. Muskoka Winter Weiss partners the yeast and wheat character of a Hefeweizen with the malty richness of a Munich Dunkel. The result, a brew to enjoy all Winter long.
Muskoka Winter Weiss is a limited edition draught-only release that will be available on tap at select bars and pubs in Ontario while supplies last.
