Bin Brewing Launching Soon in Swift Current

SWIFT CURRENT, SK – The small city of Swift Current, Saskatchewan is about to get its first standalone brewery in modern times with the impending opening of Bin Brewing.

Named after the iconic grain bins that are found throughout the prairies, Bin will be launching with two beers – SaskAle and SaskBerry – that are described as follows:

Copper coloured, like a prairie sunset, SaskAle bursts with the fresh aroma of North American hops and follows through with a light citrus but oh, so slightly grainy flavour. It’s the Canadian Prairie in a can!

Brewed with real berries for a tart, true flavour, SaskBerry Ale brings back memories of summer afternoons in Grandma’s berry patch with an ice cream bucket. Crisp, not sweet, lightly pink, refreshing, just bubbly enough and deeee-licious.

The brewery has also launched the RiderNation: Support Local initiative, encouraging Saskatchewan residents to support local food and drink producers, and has committed to using as many local ingredients as possible in its beers.

Bin Brewery beers will be available soon at SLGA stores throughout Saskatchewan.
