Covered Bridge Brewing Opening This Weekend in Stittsville, Ontario

coveredbridge_logoSTITTSVILLE, ON – Nine months after it was first announced – and six months after the originally hoped for opening date – Covered Bridge Brewing will be opening its doors this weekend in Stittsville, a small suburban community in the west end of Ottawa.

Owned and operated by brewer and trained biochemist John VanDyk, Covered Bridge will launch with three beers – The Dirty Blonde ale, Eternally Hoptimistic American pale ale, and Double-Double coffee & chocolate sweet stout – available in 1 L and 1.89 L growlers.

The brewery store at 6-119 Iber Road will be open from 12:00 noon to 6:00 PM on Saturday December 21st, and 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM on Sunday December 22nd. Business hours beyond this weekend are yet to be announced.
