CALGARY, AB – Big Rock Brewery has announced the release of the latest installment in the Brewmaster’s Edition series of specialty beers.
Fowl Mouth Extra Special Bitter – which is being admired by brewmaster Paul Gautreau in the photo above – is a traditional ESB brewed to 5.5% abv and described as follows:
A true English bitter is a drink of fab distinction. And from the moment the brilliant copper glimmer cuts through the frothy fog around the rim of your glass you’ll know Big Rock’s Fowl Mouth ESB is something special, something truly gear. The boss splash of blackcurrant and citrus cuts a wig-flipping brew that will make the scene and leave your thirst right knackered. Fowl Mouth is a classic Cornish bitter, not so much ‘bitter’ in flavor, but embodying a hoppier snap than a pint of stout or porter. This is the brew that blokes and birds, mods and rockers have been gulping for yonks to slay their thirst.
Big Rock Fowl Mouth ESB will be available at liquor stores and bars in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, with roll-out taking place over the next couple of weeks.
