GUELPH, ON – Wellington Brewery has announced details of the latest installment in the Welly One-Off Series of limited edition beers.
Frost Quake is a variation on the last month’s Yuletide Barley Wine that has been aged in Four Roses bourbon barrels.
Described as featuring “rich, full bodied malt with notes of toffee, chocolate and raisins alongside fragrant hop notes,” the resulting 9.8% abv ale will be released tomorrow (Saturday January 18th) in a run of 1000 x 750 ml bottles available exclusively at the Wellington retail store.
